PolyMax™ PC-FR is a fire-retardant PC filament that combines strength and toughness while achieving a V0 score in the UL94 flame retardancy test. This material can reduce the intensity or spread of fire due to its self-extinguishing characteristics. It retains excellent impact resistance and high heat resistance, although the flame retardant additive makes it less ductile, resulting in higher tensile strength and rigidity.
