The PAHT-CF filament by Bambu Lab is a high-temperature nylon (PA12) reinforced with carbon fiber. It offers excellent mechanical properties with lower water absorption compared to normal PA-CF, maintaining strength and dimensional stability even in high humidity. It’s ideal for engineering parts such as prototypes and machining fixtures, with high Z adhesion layers and flexibility. The material requires drying before use, is AMS compatible, and is not suitable for open-frame printers.
