The PolyFlex™ TPU90 is a flexible 3D printing filament from Polymaker, featuring a shore hardness of 90A. It’s notably soft and flexible, yet remains easy to print. This filament is UV resistant and has an elongation to break of approximately 585%. It’s created using Covestro’s Addigy® TPU family and is suitable for medical and skin contact devices, certified with ISO10993. The printing temperature range is 210˚C – 230˚C, and it requires a bed temperature of 25˚C – 60˚C.
