The PET-CF filament from Bambu Lab is a blend of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) with carbon fiber, offering very low moisture absorption, exceptional mechanical properties, high dimensional stability, and exceptional thermal resistance. It is ideal for load-bearing structures or prints used in high-temperature and humid environments, suitable for engineering parts such as automotive accessories and fixtures. It requires drying before use and is not compatible with AMS. Key characteristics include high heat deflection temperature (205°C), excellent strength, and low warping.
