1. General Terms

  • 1.1 These terms of purchase apply to all purchases made in our e-shop (https://3dkoda.com).
  • 1.2 By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of purchase.
  • 1.3 We reserve the right to change the terms of purchase, but the terms at the time of placing the order will remain valid for the buyer.

2. Products and Prices

  • 2.1 All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • 2.2 Product prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the order depending on the chosen delivery method.
  • 2.3 Product availability may vary, and if the ordered product is not available, we will notify the buyer.

3. Placing an Order and Payment

  • 3.1 When placing an order, the customer chooses the preferred delivery method and confirms the order.
  • 3.2 Payment can be made via internet bank, credit card, or PayPal.
  • 3.3 A sales contract between the customer and us is concluded when the order is confirmed, and the payment is received.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • 4.1 Products in stock will be delivered within 3–7 working days.
  • 4.2 Delivery time depends on the buyer’s location and the ordered goods.
  • 4.3 Shipping costs will be displayed separately at checkout.

5. Returns and Warranties

  • 5.1 The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them. The returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • 5.2 Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the return.
  • 5.3 The warranty is valid according to the manufacturer’s conditions.

6. Complaint Procedure

  • 6.1 The buyer has the right to file complaints if the product does not meet the contract terms.
  • 6.2 Complaints must be submitted in writing by email with the order details. We will resolve complaints in accordance with applicable laws.

  • 7.1 We collect and process personal data only for the fulfillment of orders in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • 7.2 Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer’s consent, except for delivery service providers.
