BioWOOD by Rosa3D on kergesti printitav FILAMENT, mida soovitatakse nii professionaalidele kui ka algajatele. Materjal näitab printimisel väga väikest vormimiskahanemist ja seda saab printida avatud seadmes.
BioWOOD väljatrükke saab mehaaniliselt töödelda (näiteks lihvida, treida, puurida jne), samuti värvida ja lakida, nagu puidust elemente.
BioWOOD on valmistatud biopolümeerist, mis koosneb 100% looduslikest ja 100% taastuvatest ressurssidest. Need lagunevad loomulikus hapnikuta keskkonnas (kompost).
BioWOOD lõhnab nagu looduslik puit. Materjal, millest BioWood filament on valmistatud, on heaks kiidetud toiduga kokkupuutumiseks. Toiduga kokkupuutuvate toodete puhul on sertifitseerimine siiski lõpptoote tootja ülesanne.
KASUTAMINE
Dekoratiivsed elemendid, nõud (kausid, taldrikud, tassid, tassid, söögiriistad), mänguasjad, muusikainstrumendid, mööbel renoveerivad ka puidust elemente.
KUIDAS TULETADA
Soovitatav trükkimistemperatuur 170-210°C.
Soovitatav vooditemperatuur: 30-50°C.
Soojendamata voodite puhul on soovitatav kasutada liimimisvahendit.
Soovitatav düüsi suurus: 0,5 mm (puiduosakeste sisalduse tõttu).

BioWOOD by Rosa3D is an easy to print FILAMENT recommended for both professionals and beginners. The material displays very minor moulding shrinkage in printing, and can be printed in an open device.
BioWOOD printouts can be subjected to mechanical treatment (such as sanding, lathing, drilling, etc.) as well as painting and lacquering, like wooden elements.
BioWOOD is manufactured from a biopolymer consisting of 100% natural and 100% renewable resources. They decompose in a natural oxygen-free environment (compost).
BioWOOD smells like natural wood. The material from which the BioWood filament is made is approved for contact with food. However, in case of products that come into contact with food, certification lies with the manufacturer of the final product.
